"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I'm now working on Escher's Relativity. This piece is definitely quite a challenge, so far I'm at about 15% complete. As soon as I'm done the line art, I'll post it up for you guys to critique while I finalize the colors, characters, and shading.
